Fri 10am: CLASSIC MATWORK POWER PILATES BEGINNER CLASS: A mat class based on the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates (the creator of the Pilates method). A total of 18 exercises that will work the abs, lower back and buttocks muscles as well as strengthen and lengthen the core muscles. You will learn to connect the mind with the breath and work deep into the core.
